-Provide our youth with training from career consultants and programs that will enable them to learn about their skills, passions and to define personal career goals.

Our mission is to help young men of color by improving their quality of life, community they live in and help them obtain higher education through our program Pete Care's (In honor of Mattie Peterson and Minnie Stevens).
